End User Terms and Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS
As an “End User” of Raise Raise Ready Kids, you will receive access to Raise Ready Kids communications and its collective “Services and Content,” including but not limited to content, graphics, user interface, audio and video content (including but not limited to recordings of parent discussions), editorial content, and any scripts and software used to implement the Services.
By accessing or using any part of the Services and Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use any Services or Content. Raise Ready Kids reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for anyone for any reason at any time.
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to this website. Your continued use of or access to the Services or Content following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Please note: The information made available through our Services and Content (including information contained on videos, audios, comments, in emails, in text files, or in chats) is for informational purposes only and cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the Services and Content contain proprietary information and material that is owned by Raise Ready Kids and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Services for personal, noncommercial uses in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Services may be downloaded, shared or reproduced in any form or by any means. You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, or distribute the Services or Content in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Services in any manner not expressly authorized.
TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT
The Raise Ready Kids name, the logo, and other Raise Ready Kids trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Raise Ready Kids in the U.S. and other countries throughout the world. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks. Unless otherwise noted, Services and Content provided by Raise Ready Kids are © Learning Works LLC.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Raise Ready Kids harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to your personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of your access to / use of Raise Ready Kids. You release from liability and waive your right to sue Raise Ready Kids, its employees, contractors, or agents for any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any injury or illness (physical or otherwise) or economic loss you may suffer or which may result from your access to / use of Raise Ready Kids.
